  • Lawn Care

Regular mowing, edging, feeding and weed control set to your grass type, with sharp blades and clean lines on every visit.

  • Landscape Design

A planting and layout plan for your yard that accounts for sun, drainage, soil and how big each plant will actually get.

  • Mulch and Beds

Weeds pulled at the root, clean bed edges and fresh mulch spread at the right depth, kept clear of trunks and your home's foundation.

  • Irrigation

Sprinkler repairs, zone fixes, drip lines for beds and new systems laid out so every part of your yard gets the water it needs and no more.

  • Seasonal Cleanup

Twice-a-year yard resets that clear leaf drop and storm debris, cut back tired growth and leave your beds edged and ready for the next season.

  • Sod Installation

New St. Augustine, Zoysia or Bahia sod laid on prepared soil, with tight seams, clean edges and a watering plan that helps it root.

  • Hardscape Installation

Patios, walkways, seat walls and fire pit areas set on a properly compacted base, so the pavers stay level and the joints stay tight.

  • Tree Trimming and Removal

Pruning that follows how trees heal, plus careful removal of dead or risky trees, with limbs lowered by rope and the yard raked clean.

  • Palm Tree Pruning and Removal

We trim dead fronds and seed pods without over-cutting, and take down failing palms in controlled sections with the debris hauled away.

  • Stump Grinding

We grind old tree and palm stumps below the soil line, chase the surface roots and leave the spot ready for grass, a bed or a patio.

  • Bamboo Removal

We cut, dig and sift out bamboo rhizomes so the grove stops coming back, then add a root barrier or regrade the bed for what you want to plant next.

  • Property Cleanup

We clear overgrown yards, tangled vines, brush piles and leftover debris, then haul it off so your property is usable again.

A Local Family Company That Cares How It Holds Up

New landscaping that sinks, thins out or washes away after a few months almost always traces back to a shortcut during installation. That is why we build our work around the parts most people never see: the base under the pavers, the depth of the edging, the grade under the sod.

We work around homes across the area every week, and we know how heavy summer storms, salt air and sandy soil test a yard. When we pick plants, set pavers or lay sod, we plan for that. When you call, you talk with people who care how the job turns out, and we are glad to answer questions before, during and after the work.

What Shapes the Cost of a Landscaping Job

No two yards are alike, so we price each job only after we have seen it. These are the things that move the number most. Knowing them early helps you decide where to spend and where to save.

Our estimates are free and written after we walk your property with you. If something changes once work begins, we talk to you before doing anything extra.

How much ground we cover
A bigger space simply takes more sod, mulch, pavers or plants, plus more hours on site to put it all in.
Access to the yard
A wide side gate lets us bring in a skid steer. A narrow path means hauling by wheelbarrow, which takes longer.
What is underneath
Old roots, buried rock, failing irrigation lines or poor drainage have to be dealt with first. In our sandy soil, many beds also need amended soil to hold water and nutrients.
Materials and plant choices
The paver style, type of mulch, grass variety and size of each plant all affect the total. We are happy to lay out a few options side by side, from simple to more involved, so the choice is yours.
Removal and haul-away
Taking out old turf, stumps, bamboo or overgrown shrubs adds labor and disposal. We include it as its own line so nothing surprises you.

What Working With Us Looks Like

Each stage is explained before it starts, so you are never left guessing about the next step or what it will cost.

  1. 1

    Call for a free estimate

Tell us what is bothering you about the yard, or what you would like to add. We set a time to come out that works for you.

  2. 2

    Walk the property together

We look at sun, drainage, soil, irrigation coverage and anything that might affect the work. You get our honest take on what is worth doing.

  3. 3

    Get a written, line-item quote

You receive a clear estimate with materials, labor and haul-away broken out. Financing is available for larger projects if that helps.

  4. 4

    Install with care

We prep the ground properly, set edges and bases right and check irrigation as we go. Small details like plant depth and slope get our attention.

  5. 5

Clean up and show you around

Debris gets cleared and hard surfaces blown off. Then we tour the finished yard with you and explain how to water new sod or plants over the first few weeks.

Questions Homeowners Ask Us

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We visit, look over the yard with you and hand you a written estimate without charging a thing. You are free to say no or take time to think, and we will never push you to sign.
How do I get an estimate?
The easiest way is to call us. We will ask a few questions about your yard and what you want done, then set up an on-site walkthrough at a time that suits you. You get your quote by phone or in writing after we have seen the property.
Do you offer financing for bigger projects?
Yes. We offer financing up to $100,000. Terms run anywhere from 2 to 12 years, and there are no prepayment penalties if you decide to pay it off early. Homeowners often use it for landscape design, hardscape installation or a full yard makeover, and we can walk you through it during the estimate.
Why does new sod sometimes die after it is installed?
Usually it comes down to prep and watering. Sod laid over old roots or compacted, unleveled soil cannot root in, and gaps between pieces dry out at the edges. We clear and grade the ground first, butt the seams tight, and give you a clear watering schedule for the first few weeks.
Can you work with the plants and features I already have?
Of course. Many of our jobs keep healthy trees, shrubs and beds and simply fix what is not working around them. We will tell you honestly which plants are worth keeping and which are struggling in their spot.
Will you check my irrigation while you are working?
Yes. Bad sprinkler coverage is behind a lot of brown patches and soggy beds, so we look at head placement and spray patterns on most jobs. If something needs repair or adjustment, we note it on the estimate so you can decide.
What happens to all the debris?
We haul it away. Branches, old turf, stumps, bamboo and bed material are loaded and removed, and that cost shows up as its own line on your estimate. We rake and blow off the area before we leave.

Why Neighbors Choose Us

Most landscaping looks fine on the day it is finished. What matters is how it looks after a year of sun, rain and mowing, and that comes down to small choices made during the install.

We prep the ground first
Before sod goes down or a bed gets planted, we clear old roots, grade for drainage and loosen compacted soil. Skipping that step is why new lawns yellow and new shrubs struggle by summer.
Edges and borders that stay put
We set bed edging deep enough that grass does not creep under it, and we compact paver bases in layers. Clean lines today should still be clean lines next year.
Straight answers, even when the answer is small
If a dead patch only needs an irrigation head adjusted, we tell you that. We would rather fix the real cause than sell you new sod you do not need.
A written estimate you can read
Every estimate lists the work line by line: materials, plants, labor and haul-away. You see exactly what you are paying for before anything starts.
We treat your home like ours
We protect walkways and driveways during heavy work, keep gates closed for pets, and blow off and rake up before we go.
