Landscaping in Daytona Beach and Nearby Towns

We take care of yards across Daytona Beach and the towns around it, from the beachside to the inland neighborhoods. Wherever your home sits, you get the same careful work: edges cut clean, plants set at the right depth and sprinkler heads aimed where they belong.

Towns We Serve Around Daytona Beach

We work in Daytona Beach and the towns next door: South Daytona, Holly Hill, Port Orange and Ormond Beach. Along the coast we cover Daytona Beach Shores, Ormond-by-the-Sea and Ponce Inlet, where wind and salt spray decide which plants and materials make sense. Farther out, we also take jobs in Samsula-Spruce Creek, DeLand and New Smyrna Beach.

The town doesn't change how we work. A sod job in DeLand gets the same soil prep as one in Port Orange, and a paver patio in Holly Hill gets the same compacted base and edge restraint as one in Ormond Beach. If you're not sure we reach your street, just call and ask. We'll give you a straight answer, and if you're in our area, we'll set up a free estimate at your home.

What We Plan Around in Every Yard

  • Loose, sandy ground

Lawns and beds in this part of Florida usually grow in loose sand that lets water and fertilizer slip right through. So we mix organic matter into planting holes and beds rather than just setting a plant in the ground, and every new sod job comes with a watering schedule for its first few weeks.

  • Summer storms and hurricane season

Summer afternoons can bring heavy downpours in under an hour, and hurricane season runs June through November. We slope beds and pavers so runoff heads away from your home, and we thin trees and palms so wind moves through the canopy instead of pushing against it.

  • Salt spray near the water

Close to the ocean or the river, salt in the air scorches leaves and corrodes metal fittings. For those yards we choose salt-tolerant plants and irrigation parts built to stand up to it.

  • Older homes and newer subdivisions

Some streets have older block homes where tree roots have spread for decades. Others are newer neighborhoods with a thin layer of topsoil over fill. Each calls for a different starting point, so we check what's under the turf before we write up your estimate.

  • Watering rules, HOAs and approvals

Local watering restrictions limit which days a lawn can be irrigated, and we set your timer to follow them. Plenty of neighborhoods have HOA guidelines covering plant choices, mulch color and hardscape. Taking out a large tree may also need sign-off from your city or the county, depending on where you live. Before any work begins, we look up what applies to your address and help you get the approvals in order.
